I selected him over 3 years ago. Originally it was great. However, I don't deal with Dr Ngo. I only ever see the ARNP who seems confused most of the time. And the office staff that apparently doesn't talk to each other. I should not need 5 Dr visits to get my Annual exam done. They said they were "Unaware" that I needed a PAP... UMMMM that is what an annual is for a woman. I will 100% be finding another dr. OH... but the office is clean.
Aweful experience.. Waited over an hour to be seen by his assistant. Overall spending 2 hours there as a new patient requesting other doctor refferals due to other serious illnesses. They do not give you refferals, they lie to you and never call you back. They even put me on hold so many times for the calls to drop. Looking for a real doctor that cares about you and your condition.... will never recommend.
Highly recommend Dr. Ngo. He is extra attentive to my needs and answered all questions I had. He made the visit a breeze and painless. Staff are also really nice!
I've been a patient of Dr. Ngo for the past 6 years. Extremely informative, thorough, and kind. I am always at ease and satisfied with my care.
I waited over 45 minutes in the lobby before I was even brought back for vitals. Then spent another hour in the room before finally giving up and walking out. I've had the worst time trying to get the office staff to write my referrals to see a specialist and it's just an overall terrible experience from someone that is supposed to care about your health. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Ngo
