I would avoid “Dr. Ngo” at all costs. I feel that he doesn’t really care about his patients, and all he cares about is the money. He doesn’t spend time with you to go over your lab tests and explain them to you. Heck, he didn’t even let me know about my lab results until I called his office meanwhile the hospital already charged me for the lab fee two months ago. Overall, I think he really lacks compassion for his patients and integrity as a physician.
My husband and I have seen Dr.Ngo for years now. He has always been respectful,caring and listens to our concerns. He is always professional and has a great personality. The last time we were there he was a little short on his support staff. But he is working on getting more employees. The offices are never dirty. I always feel comfortable there.
Dr. Ngo is very disrespectful. I would not recommend him to anyone. He basically implied that I was a liar, he further insulted me at least three other times during my visit. When I told him about pain and swelling I was experiencing he didn’t even look, let alone touch my extremity but just boasted out “it’s arthritis.” He is arrogant and I don’t believe he cares at all about his patients. He has never once asked me a question about myself. He is cold, short and frankly just doesn’t listen.
Went here on urgent basis and got below par care. On top of that rather than worry about my current health, the doctor tried to push their dental dept on me forcing the front desk to call and make me an appointment. Once I got my bill I noticed they up coded the visit. I turned them in to my insurance. I received an additional bill for $10, disputed, said they took care of it, but sent to collections. Weird dirty office.
This place moves QUICK and clean. I will always come here for urgent care
A 1 star for this place is too much. I waited for over an hour. Office is dirty. Doctor would not listen to me and kept telling me to be quiet as he threatened to delay my cancer care at Moffitt.. RUN the other way!
Clean and cheap way better than any Obama care insurance policy out at HealthNow Urgent Care Center and Dr Ngo is helpful in sorting out even the adminitrative problem.
I've had good experiences here. Easy to schedule online, great doctors, service, use of technology for records, to name a few
Dr. Ngo is awesome and very sincere. Excellent service and was recommended by my friend. Definitely want him to be my primary care.
