This person act like he’s has somewhere to be instead of listening to the issues, he likes to tell you the problem which doesn’t even relate to the issues. Trying to continue he put on music on his laptop.(very unprofessional) he needs to go back to school and get his attitude and listening skills master.
Awful. Makes me feel like a drug addict for medications i've been on for 17 years. Can't go into the doctor for more than one "thing" for "insurance purposes"...aka if I need blood work done and a pap, I have to schedule separate
He is the worst doctor I have ever encountered. He has a plaque superlative claiming he is the most compassionate doctor. That is laughable. He rush all our appointments and does not answer questions. His listening skills are also poor. He does not respect the elderly. I, as an attendant, requested him to write notes of his recommendation in a notebook I provided, and Dr. NGO refused to write in the notebook. Please don’t come to this doctor . He is very rude and disrespectful doctor . A whole time I was checked in he didn’t do his job at all. Didn’t listen what I need help .
He is good doctor. Been seeing him for 3 years and my illness had disappeared and my health had improved ever since. I had went to many doctors and specialist but nothing had helped. I glad I found him.
Rude, condescending, extremely cold, does not listen to his patients needs etc. Treats you like your a peasant to him. Stay far away from this doctor. He should have his license removed
I have been going to Dr NGO for many years now. He is very professional but yet makes you feel at ease and comfortable enough to ask any question you may have no matter how trivial. I believe he is very pro active to ensure you stay as healthy as possible. I highly recommend him. Plus he takes Medicare.
Since day one the Dr gave me attitude for asking questions. Then I got treated like some kind of addict because of the meds I had been taking for years. Next he's on vacation and the PA was only able to fill a 7 days supply and said no worries as soon as he gets back he'll fill the rest there's nothing you need to do. A week goes by then 2, 3 and I've called 5 times spoken to numerous people who all tell me they would advise the Dr ASPA and call me back. Nothing was filled, no call back.
