I'd provide a 0 if I could. Anthony runs a less than ethical practice. He'll run your loans through the process, run and charge your credit report and charge for an appraisal EVEN THOUGH the documents you provided would exclude you for qualifying (In this even a 3 month deferral from the prior year). The documentation was clear that I had the deferral and the investor was clear they didn't do those loans well before charging the customer for credit and appraisal fees. I'd be very very careful using his and PNC services.
