I had a large, complex lumbar fusion done by Dr. Kim. It has been 5 months and I can walk and stand up perfectly again! Visits with him are a blessing. He explains everything and is very thorough. I had an absolutely incredible patient experience from first appointment setting with Elizabeth to conversations with Dr. Kim, admission on surgery day at Mission Hospital, the procedure, discharge, and the recovery. I am 2 days post-op and fully functional. Dr. Kim thought about everything I would need including starting medications prior to surgery that would help the healing process.
