Environment is very kid friendly It's a great experience to visi Dr. Scoma..he is so friendly and helpful. My son feels very comfortable on his appointments and is confident to take the dental appointments in his stride. The office staff is great and the environment is very kid friendly.

Good Dentist, Not so Good Bedside Manner Although I think he lacks some bedside manner, he does seem to really know what he is doing. If he wasn't so good, I would not have come back. He is direct, which is fine, but almost to a fault. The dental assistants are NOT the nicest there. But, I would recommend him because I think he does a good job, but for that reason only.
Bad experience I took my daughter here for her first check-up when she was 3 years old. We liked the decor when we walked in, but the lobby area is pretty small. He has it set up where all the patients are in the open. One good thing is that there are TVs on the ceiling for the kids. When it was my daughter's turn to sit in the chair to start her check-up, she got scared and started crying. The dental hygienist that was tending to us didn't know how to talk to kids and didn't make her feel very comfortable and actually talke... read more
Angie D. I was referred to Dr. Scoma by my dentist since my daughter had cavities. I have to say I was a little nervous about sedating her for treatment, but Dr. Scoma dissolved any anxiety I had about the procedure. He answered all of my questions and I was so happy that I could stay with her during the procedure. I'm so thankful to him and his staff....they were wonderful! I'd refer Dr. Scoma to anyone I know!
