Great experience at this jewelry store! They have a wide variety of beautiful pieces for every style. Lorena and Anthony provided amazing service—friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all. They made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Anthony's has a lot of nice options but they just didn't quite hit the mark for what I was looking for. As a store, I would probably rate it a little lower for their West Covina location due to the offerings there but Erica was great. She was at the Montclair location when i looked there and actually listened to me then followed up with me with what she had found in the realm of what I was looking for. I ended up finding a ring I loved elsewhere but Erica will really work with you to try to find the perfect piece for you.
I tried to do a trade in for purpose reasons for what I had to find out about my watch and I tried to do an exchange when management did tell me in the future if I ever want to do a trade in for what I paid I can always be more than welcomed well I went in today seems like they really didn't want to help me out wanted to get a custom peice done they had told me it would take about 3 weeks for a quote never got back to me as well it just really sucks I have been coming here for about 3 years and they do me like this :/ and th... read more
