Remarkable how life can change so dramatically in only 3 months! My momma and I did the program together. I highly recommend Back to Wellness with Dr. Anthony Alphonso! When I started, I had digestive issues and I was always tired. I generally just "didn't feel good" all the time. I truly enjoyed my experience with this program. It has placed my future life on a trajectory of good health . The entire staff was kind and attentive to my needs.
