The med techs and aides are wonderful. The majority of them are vested in the residents and really care for them. BUT now that this facility changed over from Anthology to American House the leadership team is very disappointing. You are never able to speak with anyone nor do they return calls. Plain and simple this facility does not deliver what they promise. Executive staff unprofessional speaking to patients inappropriately. Starts out friendly rapidly declined when resident needed help which they thought was too much. Then was told all assisted living places are like this some worse.. I would move your loved one in here if they need absolutely NO help at all.
The transition from Anthology to American House Hampton Village has been positive for my mother. Senior staff have worked with us, personally, to establish a care plan that has resulted in a marked improvement in my mothers health. We are truly appreciative.
I took a tour and was extremely impressed right away. The staff were so friendly, the smell of fresh baked goods throughout the building, and the whole community was just beautiful. The new executive, director, and sales director were so friendly and informative. American House Hampton village Rochester hills is 100% recommended place for your loved one. I noticed that the moment I stepped inside and through the whole tour.
This is a wonderful place have friends & enjoy each other
