It’s such a beautiful facility but we all know that it the people and the care our lives ones get that matters. Our mom is living here now and she’s had a wonderful experience. Always big smiles, cheerful greetings, and just a general feeling of “I’m here to help” from the administrators, nursing staff, and caregivers. Lots of fun activities and even the food is good. Thank you for making this tough time of life so much better!
My wife and I were very happy with the accommodations and care her sister received at American House Hampton. The facility by itself is top notch. And the activities were professionally planned and run. There are many care givers that gave Linda the extra attention and compassion she required on a daily basis. And Director Tyler and his staff have been so helpful when needed. Linda was in and out of five different assisted care facilities between hospitalizations and this was by far the one she appreciated the most.
I want to give a big shout-out to acting Exec. Director Tyler May and the staff at American House Hampton Village. We arranged with them to use the Dining Room for a family reunion with my mom. Over 40 people gathered to share birthday cake and ice cream with Pat. We are so grateful to AHHV for allowing us to bring her siblings, nieces and nephews to her since she's unable to travel anymore. Her 96th birthday was a huge milestone and we are grateful family was able to celebrate it with her.
So very pleased with American Hoise Hampton Village. My mom recently had a stroke and we had a trip coming up. American house was able to assist us with respit care while we were away. My mom enjoyed her time there with the different activities, beautiful facility and amazing staff. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The food was great and loved everything about it. We did our homework in searching for a place for my dad and this building is designed beautifully and well maintained. Dee (head nurse) is beyond fantastic and answers calls/texts regardless of time or day. She follows up on any request and cares for the residents and grateful for her on staff.
