I was charged $79 per month for a storage unit that was advertised for $35; furthermore, simply for being one month late on a payment, my current balance stands at $208. I intend to settle the debt, retrieve my belongings, and never set foot in this place again. This billing is outrageous—not to mention the threats that they would auction off my things. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
I had a great experience with Alex M. today at the Everett Mall Way location. He’s usually at the Mill Creek location but helping out here today. The employees at Anthem Storage really actually care & provide real customer service. I’ve had storage units all over with different companies & Anthem Storage has been the best thus far.
It a nice storage facility even has rental vehicles moving boxes right off I-5 freeway across from Walmart store Everett Mall way food ,gas abilities near by price is good deal employee super nice professional
Today I got to storage right at closing to pay my past due bill & totally stressed that I wouldn’t get back in my unit today. Upon arrival I noticed the employee wasn’t our usual here at the Everett location & was immediately even more stressed since she didn’t know me or my situation. Well I was pleasantly surprised!
