I use Anthem for maintenance on my AC system. I am thoroughly impressed with their technicians. They are honest and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they don't try to sell things that I don't need. I would highly recommend Anthem.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of doing business with. Technition first came the end of March and said a isolation test was needed. They came and did the isolation test and said numerous things were wrong. We got two independent opinions that said they likely released the pressure to have more things to fix as it is highly unlikely for all three issues to occur simultaneously . You are wrong about creating additional probelms to create more work since we do not get paid additional money from the home warranty company and the additional work only comes out of our pocket under our contract with them. I believe Anthem is taking advantage, they get the job form Home shield or other companies and then find ways to charge astronomical amounts for things that are not covered. when I asked how much it would cost they said I would have to pay for the refrigerant but could not give me a price. now I am told that they want to charge me $3150 over and above what they collect form the insurance for a list of things as if they are rebuilding everything. I live in the So. Ca. desert, and a few weeks ago my A/C crashed just ahead of our first heatwave so I couldn't delay getting it repaired or replaced. My first call was to General A/c & Plumbing with whom I had a service contract. Their technician found an irreparable leak in the evaporator coil and estimated a replacement would run about $7500.
