Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of doing business with. Technition first came the end of March and said a isolation test was needed. They came and did the isolation test and said numerous things were wrong. We got two independent opinions that said they likely released the pressure to have more things to fix as it is highly unlikely for all three issues to occur simultaneously . I live in the So. Ca. desert, and a few weeks ago my A/C crashed just ahead of our first heatwave so I couldn't delay getting it repaired or replaced. My first call was to General A/c & Plumbing with whom I had a service contract. Their technician found an irreparable leak in the evaporator coil and estimated a replacement would run about $7500. I was referred to this company by my home warranty company. Anthony the service tech knew what he was doing. However after diagnosing the problem he never came back. Subsequently after enduring 110 degree heat for 7 days while we waited for a part 10 min before they were to arrive they said it was the wrong part. So another week of 110 degree heat and still they didn't come back. Finally another tech came who said they just threw me on this job installed the new pump but did not fix the air conditioner. Simply put, our experiences with Anthem Mechanical have been amazing! We moved to our home after living some 200 miles away for more than 40 years. Anthem Mechanical has done work for us up to and including the replacement of both the entire out of doors air conditioning unit and the attic located coil. We have been so impressed with their honesty, integrity, and pricing that we also signed up for the twice a year servicing of our four HVAC units.

I have had nothing but great experience with Anthem. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. I've had them do some work with our old ac unit and replace it with an energy efficient one now. My husband & I are now talking about solar panels next! Thanks Anthem :)

The team that worked in our home were professional and courteous and easily offered explanations of what they were doing, and recommendations for efficiency and care for our new system. They made sure everything was covered and were not sloppy with their work. I would not hesitate to recommend Jack and his staff from Anthem Mechanical to any of my friends, family or acquaintances looking for a reliable and trustworthy HVAC company.

Our air conditioner went out on MemorialDay I called expecting to leave a voice mail. David answered phone and said he would give information to dispatch first thing on morning. I explained that we have a senior with respetatory issues The next morning o was given an appointment .
