nov 2023 i bought a 2012 passat cash , 2-3 days later it cut off while i was drivibg sayin the engine was off n it was running off the accelerator. I purchased the 2016 Malibu in November 2023 within 100 miles after purchase the check engine came on. It said p305F, I had both batteries tested and purchased a new auxiliary battery. The light came back on. With codes to replace the battery control module, body control module, angel ******* acceleration sensor and battery. While purchasing these components, I didn't pay the biweekly car payment and was 2 months behind. I purchased a car two weeks ago on Monday Oct. 2, 2023. I noticed and addressed a fumey gas leak, which I took to being an exhaust ****** gasket. The car had no ***** so I couldn't inspect it very well just looking under from the ground, but bought it anyway, on the basis that 1- I could fix a ****** gasket , 2- it had a passing emission test, and 3- the engine light wasn't on. Friendly, professional, always happy to help, they will do anything to assist you. My parents have purchased 2 vehicles from them for me and I was impressed by the quality of the cars and by their service each time. Every time we've come in it's always been a friendly and welcoming encounter. This is a small independent business, but it's evident they truly care about their customers. Would recommend them to anybody looking for a good quality vehicle!
While they did contact me. The communication was not helpful in furthering the sale. It was almost like they can’t be bothered to sell cars.
