RecommendedI have nothing but great things to say about the staff and management here at homecoming. We came from another Lewis apt that we loved also and we are really excited to make this our home. I had a bit of a tough time moving in but the management and staff were very kind in helping fix the situation and I am glad to be here. Second Lewis apt and again very amazed by the care and attention ;).
Stopped in to look at this property. Lucky enough to have the Leasing Consultant, Matthew, give us a tour of an apartment and the amenities. Not only is this EXACTLY the type of property we are interested in, but Matthew is an EXCELLENT representative of the whole package! Be sure to meet with him if you want the entire picture of what’s offered at this great property!
Great facilities, excellent customer service, maintenance personnel is great and quick response and super chill atmosphere.

So far so good. Move in process was a breeze. Coming from South Coast, Orange County so I am use to a certain level of service. There leasing agents and leasing manager seemed odd to me. Its almost like moving from the city to the country. They seem unexperienced. First As I was deciding on a unit the Leasing manager showed us around. I wanted to see the larger two bed room triplex. Lewis Apartment Communities violates the Fair Housing Act and takes advantage of elderly tenants. Do not rent here. They tell you one thing and then send you a bill for another. Do not trust them!

Sad to say I have left this establishment with extreme disappointment and regret. It's unfortunate, but I have to write this review so others are aware of the lack of service and communication reflecting Lewis Management properties. We paid online for our first month's rent and the payment posted. Later we receive a letter on our door stating a late rent charge of $75. After a week run-around with the staff, they refused to waive the $75 charge when THEIR system never advised...Continue Reading
