Where is our security deposit???? Today, October 18, 2020, is the last day to receive our refund per California law. We were residents for just about 2 years. The apartment itself was nice; what makes it awful is everything else. 1. Lack of security - enjoy the views of homeless people, drug users, and hookers in the complex. Shady people parking their cars next to yours, throwing trash everywhere, doing drug deals. I have a teenager and was fearful of them leaving our home without us. I have been here for a long time. Maintenance staff is fantastic! I'd just like to see some security come thru once in a while.
I just signed a lease for my 4th year. Antelope Ridge has been a good home for my boys and I to start our lives over after divorce. Very family oriented. Schools are close. I have one at Antelope High and one at Barrett Ranch. My kids have many friends and i feel safe with them outside playing. We love summer pool and hot tub time. They are almost done painting the complex and i love the new look. We definitely needed that update. Current staff has been very friendly. Antelope ridge apartments are so amazing it feel so secure and comfortable when i walk tbrough the apartment every body are so polite and with the handicap
