RecommendedWe just moved in to the brand new Discovery Village, and it’s a beautiful property!! My family is very happy with the amenities that Homecoming offers. In the 2 months since we moved in, the property management has hosted a Poolside Taco Party, a Poolside BBQ, Welcome New Residents Italian Dinner plus many weekend treats!!! OMGosh they spoil us!! I’m in heaven. The grounds crew are very friendly and the maintenance men are top notch!! We love it!!

I pay over $2300 a month to live here and the gate is always broken, there’s transients picking through my trash, rando non residents tailing me though the gate when it does work, and 3/4 of the BBQ grills are broken. Yeah it looks nice and the people who work here are nice, but I had to go through three complaints to get filtered water in my ice maker. My nursing wife was having to drink warm water to avoid whatever garbage was in the unfiltered ice. I get it, I can make my own ice, but then I’ll just move somewhere cheaper... read more

The apartment is spacious and I love the fact that the only rooms with carpet are the bedrooms because I am not a fan of the stuff. The property has lovely landscaping and relaxing in the Cabana area at the pool makes me feel fancy �. We love the fact that the pool and fitness center are both open 24 hours.
