Nothing about working with this office, or the Physician Network, has been a pleasurable experience. Words can not express our frustration here. Trust the negative Google reviews—it’s that bad.
Antelope Creek Family Physicians don't seem to care about patients. Calls are not returned; prescriptions are not filled. If you don't care about your patients, you will lose them. Not only did they not return my calls about prescriptions I'd been waiting for for two weeks. When they did send prescriptions, they sent the wrong kind, and the wrong dose.
For the past couple of months it has been almost impossible to call and get in because every other day their "phone lines" were down. Now I call and try and make an appointment only to be told to go to urgent care because they are only taking limited amount of patients due to getting a new computer system?! I love our physician and how he takes care of us, if we can ever get in to see him, but the rest is terrible!
Manzito is the best. She gets right to the point calls it like it is and offers sound advice to get back on track asap.
I took my daughter to see Dr. Heckman and she received excellent care. Dr. Heckman is welcoming and patient, and takes the time to listen to my daughter.'s concerns. Her nurse is very friendly and upbeat. She talked to my daughter and put her at ease during some tests. Dr. Heckman and her nurse are the "dynamic duo" of friendliness and efficiency. We are very blessed to have such a great care team.
Great staff, great doctors!!! I would highly recommend!!!
