We just moved here from Alabama for a new job opportunity and found this quaint and welcoming community. After looking at 40 houses located from Mansfield to Eagle Mountain, we found an acceptable newly constructed house in Crowley and Hunters Ridge. The house is situated adjacent to a compound the builder’s representative described as a “capped pipeline,” however, two weeks after we closed, a sign appeared in the easement saying the owners were about to begin fractional operations (“Fracking”). Since buying our home as with any new home, there were things that needed fixing afterwards and Ms. Donna has been our saving grace for getting our home situated.
