Stay away from this title company. A home buyer chose this company to close on a home I was selling and deposited a non-refundable EMD in two parts. The buyer ultimately ended up defaulting on the contract and according to the terms of our agreement his EMD was forfeited and was to be released to me, however, the managing attorney and co-owner, S. Kathryn Allen, Esq; sent an email and called to let me know that they were using a portion of the escrow funds towards their fee's and expenses, which is unheard of. To date I have... read more

This group was very professional from start to finish. They were knowledgeable and very thorough. They were very patient with my mortgage company, who made several mistakes and was slow to respond at times. Ms. Donna was an absolute delight and I hope to work her and Answer Title again soon.
