Skilled, experienced professionals who love animals. The only place I will bring my dog (who I must admit is not easy to handle). They have the knowledge and experience to deal with the specific traits of all breeds and take great care in doing so. Also, the grooming is beyond excellent. My long haired dog comes home tangle free, sleek and shiny as a seal and smells awesome! I LOVE this place. Rocky LOVES them too. They really care about your pet. Rocky had a problem while he was getting groomed and they called me. He was okay but they wanted to know if I wanted to continue his grooming or take him to the vet right away. I had them finish and took him to the vet that afternoon. SHPR asked me to call and let them know how he made out at the vet. I wouldn't have any test results until the morning so decided to cll them then. The phone rang at 5pm. My 1 year old dog went to Silver Hill Ansonia Pet Resort for doggy day care and a bath. She was absolutely doted on, played with all the other pups (thanks for the photos) and came home exhausted and smelling great! We can't wait to bring her back! The staff truly loves animals and the dogs have a blast.
