Has to be one of the best locations in midtown. Walking distance to Piedmont Park, the Beltline, and easy access to 75/85. Great neighbors as well!
I've just re-signed my lease for my second year. It's true the saying "time flies when you're having fun!" I really enjoy this community and the location can't be beat. I'm looking forward to many more years at Ansley Forest!
I've lived in Ansley Forest since Nov. 2018, but have known residents who have lived here for several years. It's a great community and unlike any apartment complex I've lived at before. Everyone in the office is helpful and responsive, I know a majority of my neighbors and it's in a great location!
significantly remodeled in 2016. excellent mid-town / morningside apts / townhouses across from an open air shopping mall and 1 block from the city park.
I've lived in Ansley Forest for four years, and I cannot say enough good things about it. The apartments look nice and feel like home, but more importantly -- they were really, really intentional about the way the square footage is used, which is something a lot of apartment complexes never seem to get right. I called and talked to Hillary was not too responsive to my questions . I asked for a 1bedroom apt said none available and directed me to a 2bdr 1 bath to no avail did I even ask about a 2bdr. asked if I could come take a tour of a 2x1 steered me to go do a virtual tour on internet. if I wanted to do that I would have never called this community for that so much for that I was not thrilled by her tone as she sounded like I was a bother to her and she was rushing me off the phone with answers like yep and umhmm. really what's... read more
