Unprofessional and annoying to deal with.
I would recommend Ansell 1000 times over!!! I haven’t rented a property in almost 30 years, having owned my own home in another province for the majority of my adult life. After a separation, a move to another province and a new job, finding a rental on my own was terrifying. Tina made the whole process so smooth, took all the guesswork out, and found me the perfect place to call home. I can’t thank her enough.

DO NOT RENT FROM ANSELL PROPERTIES. Our experience with this company was a nightmare. After we moved out, they illegally kept our damage deposit despite the home being left in good condition. We were forced to go through the stress and frustration of a formal hearing — and we won. The tenancy board ruled in our favor and confirmed that Ansell Properties acted unlawfully.
