DO NOT RENT FROM ANSELL PROPERTIES. Our experience with this company was a nightmare. After we moved out, they illegally kept our damage deposit despite the home being left in good condition. Im a property owner who lives out of province. Gillian and her team have been managing the several apartment buildings I have for over a decade and I’ve been very pleased.
