I chose Ansel Homes for a property in Melbourne based on their reviews, which I now regret. Shortly after handover, we identified multiple serious issues related to build quality and plumbing infrastructure. These included several loose downpipes, with some detaching completely, and ongoing alarm system faults where the garage alarm would malfunction nightly, causing repeated tenant complaints. I am very disappointed with my experience with Sandy as a builder. The workmanship on my project was well below the standard I expected, and several issues were left unfinished or poorly completed. I also felt the communication and professionalism throughout the process were lacking.
