Avoid and thank me later on. Sandy the owner is full of sheer arrogance. Once the contract been signed he'll avoid you. Our project was delayed for more than 8 months and still waiting. Not recommended.

Avoid, avoid, avoid ! Sandy the owner full of arrogance and attitude. Once the contract is signed the only time they'll contact you is when the invoice is due otherwise your phone calls will be unanswered, emails will be avoided.

Very disappointing experience with Ansel Homes. Sandy the owner is extremely rude and arrogant. We got handover 6 months back, too many issues with the house since then. Once the handover is done very hard to get hold of him. Look somewhere else.

We have our house built by Ansel homes recently in Wyndham Vale. It was a very horrible experience it was our first Home and took around 12 months for completion. Sandy the owner is full of arrogance and attitude. So if you OK to wait for a year, OK for your email to be ignored. He is the builder for you.
