Came in with a broken phone and a lot of questions. He answered everything I asked in a way that I could easily understand it. The person there took time to explain to me what was going on with my phone and what needed to happen. The repair time was reasonable due to the fact that parts had to be ordered. While he was in my phone, he discovered a swollen battery and took care of that for me too, saving potentially another trip to town down the road.
