Very professional, understood the assignment. Very responsive and intelligent staff.
My mother whom has cancer has been trying to have this company provide her home health care. The employees they hire and send out are less than reliable. They don’t show up, some don’t have a license or ride to work. One girl here recently has “shown” up to work, left for lunch and never returned. This same employee was supposed to show up and attend a chemo treatment with her. But never arrived. She states she waited at community east all day for her.
