If no stars were a choice...I called the Plano Location to speak to the DON about Wound Care and the Saogenie (sp) the Office Staff person who answered the phone just hung up on me. If this is how they treat a simple inquiry from a caller then their nursing care is probably just as bad as their customer service. I've been a nurse for 30 yrs and have never seen such rude behavior in customer service. They ought to be ashamed!
Great company composed of loving and caring human beings. They go above and beyond for the patients.
