This place is very unprofessional and sketchy. They don’t even have the business name on the door or anything, I had an appointment at 9 and 3 other people were there waiting as well and then AFTER waiting a hour they text with horrible spelling saying it’s closed and that i need to reschedule after waiting for a hour, they reply to reviews saying it’s out of there control but how is it not there fault they have 4 other reviews about the same situation? Had fingerprint apt with them and they were very efficient and thorough.Had me in and out within 5-7 minutes I would highly recommend.
My go-to place for fingerprints! Matrice is so sweet! I have came a few times! SO PROFESSIONAL! The office is so clean and always smells fresh. Fingerprints are done quickly! You are in and out in no time! Gospel music playing and little reminders that God is good! The vibes are everything! My husband also uses them!
She was wonderful. Fast and super nice and down to earth. She told me about programs she hopes she can start soon. I told her I’ll definitely be checking in for one of the programs. Definitely will recommend her to anyone needing finger prints, notary, drug screens,etc. 🥰
Completely unprofessional, second time using this location for fingerprinting and background check for work and the second time I have had a problem with my appointment because of their staffing.
