I go to Twin for dipping and pedis. She is amazing with clipping my toe nails as my big toe tends to want to become ingrown. Excellent customer service and as well as a nail technician
I’ve been going to Ann’s for 6 years now and have yet to leave a review but wanted to mention how everyone does such a nice job! I never make an appointment with a specific tech because I’m always impressed with whomever is doing my nails. I typically get the gel x manicure and it lasts so long and I always get compliments on my nails. Everyone is friendly and the staff gets along and helps each other out to make sure the customer gets what they’re asking for. Highly recommend!
Wonderful experience! Keke is the best! I am beyond happy with my new nails and the quality of service. Keke is full of knowledge and truely has a bright and kind personality. She was able to help me pick the perfect nail color and the application was flawless! Hands down this place is the best in town.
So bummed with today’s experience. We had a 4pm appointment for a manicure, a pedicure and a fill on 3 separate people (specified during the appointment booking). I spent all of 18 minutes in the pedicure chair. Asked for the luxury pedicure and was given the basic because there were 2 others waiting. My daughter had her manicure done in about 12 rushed minutes and my MIL didn’t even get to have her fill because by the time they were going to take her, we were finished. I've been to Ann's multiple times, and I have always had a good experience. Today Henry did my pedicure, I get the spa option. He was the best, the massage was awesome and my nails look great! Thank you!
