My first pedicure! Michael did a great job. My feet haven't felt this good since i was a child. Clean and sanitary. Instruments sanitized in an autoclave and sealed airtight in package for each customer. Would highly recommend!
Lacking in quality and customer courtesy. Different people give you different policies. Horrible communication. Sad because this was a convenient place for me to go, I was willing to sacrifice on quality, but I’m willing to drive a few more minutes for better service.
Cut my toe nail crooked, didn't put the polish all the way to the top, painted over my skin causing sharp edges that I had to file down, never spoke a word to me just motioned with his hands and grunted and hurt me multiple times while trimming cuticles. Even after showing a picture of what I wanted he still almost messed up the color pattern I wanted. Will never go back. The facility is nice looking, the chairs are comfortable but was a terrible experience.
I was warmly invited and serviced by Keke, the owner, who brought my vision to life! Initially, I was undecided on which color nail would suit my vision; however, Keke was very patient and understanding and even made me a few sample acrylic nails to ensure it would exceed my exact expectation. She inquired me throughout the whole process whether it was the color, shape, size, or length to make sure I was truly happy with every aspect of the nail.
