The lemon custard is heavenly, but the combination concrete of the Tortoise and the Cardinal together is divine!!!

Concretes with Heath bar and marshmallows are the best --- although the raspberry chocolate sundaes are a close second! Perfect summer (or fall, winter, and spring) treat!
