The lemon custard is heavenly, but the combination concrete of the Tortoise and the Cardinal together is divine!!!

I just had a lemon custard from here and it was hands down best custard in Illinois/St. Louis. I am buying a pint next time to take home. Delicious!
Concretes with Heath bar and marshmallows are the best --- although the raspberry chocolate sundaes are a close second! Perfect summer (or fall, winter, and spring) treat!
