Do your best to avoid this mortgage company. They treat their costumers with no respect. The phone representatives give you incorrect information every time you call. I qualify to drop my PMI due to extend improvments done to my house, yet they ALWAYS come up with an excuse not to order the appraisal. They are dishonest. Please stay away. Trust me, I did business with many mortgage companies in the past, this is the worse of all.
