Bad bedside manner. Rude doctor.
Very positive experience with Dr. Hagan. Office staff previously wonderful-professional friendly and knowledgeable. Staff has been let go; new staff rude, does not return phone calls and have now encountered many billing issues. Despite the fact that we thought Dr. Hagen was a great dentist, will not return for those reasons. Scores based on most recent experiences.
