Respectful. Even though I looked disheveled, the owner and workers greeted me politely upon asking for a brochure. Seeing how clean and respectful they were, a day or two later I returned to have both half my arms waxed. I was hospitalized for a while, so shaving and waxing was not an option for me. My hair is thick and dark and also grows quite long.
