Annie was an exceptionally good adviser and communicator from start to finish. She provided data upfront to show the difference if we updated the house or sold it in the outdated condition. She managed all the updating we did and even paid for some of it upfront which made it so much easier for us. We paid her back when the sale closed. It was an emotional process selling my childhood house, but Annie was so professional and compassionate through it all. I would enthusiastically recommend Annie.
