Annie was amazing from the very beginning. We were so relieved our Attorney recommended her. She was very responsive, her guidance was superb as was her knowledge of what buyers want to see in a house. I hadn't sold a house in years and she gave me great information on market trends which gave me more confidence to make informed decisions. Annie was fantastic to work with from start to finish with the process of selling my mother’s home. She is efficient, personable and very knowledgeable in her profession. Annie was an exceptionally good adviser and communicator from start to finish. She provided data upfront to show the difference if we updated the house or sold it in the outdated condition. She managed all the updating we did and even paid for some of it upfront which made it so much easier for us. We paid her back when the sale closed. It was an emotional process selling my childhood house, but Annie was so professional and compassionate through it all. I would enthusiastically recommend Annie.
