This people NEVER pick up their phone. Very huge red flag!. I am trying to rent here but I won't because they are never on-site.

Below is from my experience only: 1. Office management is on location about 50% of the time, so there is no dedicated full time manager on site, so a lot of rules/policies get broken or ignored with no repercussions from management. 2. Maintenance: Their maintenance man tries, but its clear he is just a guy who has been taught how to fix this or that.
