Simply put the second time I had a visit Annette not only knew exactly who I was and issue and progress along with path forward. Annete actually asked me about my kids "per first visit". Point being She Cares, your not just patient number 12"""79 she forward and anyone should demand that. It's now 5 years later many other team members from the cardiology dept.
