Honest as they come - they talked me out of a service I didn’t need and showed me why. They helped me find an alternative and it didn’t cost me a dime. First and last name I look for when I need service on my heating & cooling. These guys are fantastic, honest, and friendly.
The installers were rude, unprofessional, and did a sloppy installation. When they left the new unit they installed didn't work because they couldn't wire the thermostat correctly. Someone else came and fixed that. Then 2 hours later the condensate drain leaked and flooded my mother's utility room. Thermostat wire connection was left outside with just wire nuts open to the elements. They shoved two filters in the air handler because they didn't have the right size. Stay away!
