The owner of this business was our next door neighbor for several years. Our HV system was installed in 1999 in our new home by Annee and Matry. The air conditioner was acting up in July 2017, so I called on Saturday and a service person was able to come. He told us we needed a new air conditioner. On Monday, July 3rd, we were able to get a new HV system by this family business. Excellent service from a great family business.
This company provided an air conditioner for our new home that never worked. We repeatedly called for service, and initially they serviced our air conditioner - but it was never fixed. It still does not work at all, and they told us two months ago that they were ordering parts and that the parts would be in within 5-7 days. That was two months ago. I had been told by another heating and cooling company that I needed a new furnace for the winter season. Since this would be an expensive decision, I called Annee & Matry for a second opinion as to whether I really did need a new furnace, and if so, if I could get another estimate to compare prices. The friendly tech came out the next day (this other company made me wait over two weeks to get someone out) on time, and after looking at my furnace for a little bit, told me there was no way I needed a new one. I still have the old boiler system to heat my house, and John knows how to fix it. I have to work, so I gave instructions how to get to mom's house to get the key, she would have it on the back porch just inside the door, and John didn't mind at all going over there to get it. He knows what he is doing and got the job done and left the bill for me on the table. Great respectible company and I recommend them to anyone who has any heating or cooling problem. J.Carter
