UPDATE: After many months I was presented with a significant bill. Apparently Anne is out of network, and they did not let me know when I showed my insurance cards, but instead just let me sign the usual papers that make me responsible financially. This practice needs to stop. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Dr. Zhuang is efficient and thorough. She took the time to answer my many, many questions, patiently and with a smile, before, during and after the surgery.
She did a wonderful job removing the skin cancer from my arm. I watched her from start to finish and she had no problem answering my questions while performing her great work. Kudos to her and her staff.

Dr. Zhuang and her staff are the best! Never had to wait when I arrived on time. The office staff are super friendly and very helpful. Dr. Zhuang explains everything, is patient and doesn't rush through the appointments. She is very calming and makes you feel relaxed. My results are out of this world too! I'm one happy lady after many years of a different unsuccessful attempts at microblading removal!
