If I could give zero stars I would! My experience is from 2008, back when she was in Wisconsin. After a traumatic birth with my first child, I went to Dr Martenelli for my 2nd baby. I told her the whole story with my first baby and how I really wanted a more natural pregnancy and labor. Every appt was rushed and almost rude. I've had positive experiences with Dr Williams and the nursing staff here but the billing department is disorganized and impossible to reach. Editing from a 3 star review to a 1 star review because their billing department charged my card after I took it off my account to prevent being charged for a bill I was in the middle of disputing.

Just like other reviewers, I also had issues with Carina at the front desk of the Durham location. I don’t know how she is able to work for a business with such terrible customer service!! Initially when I called and asked questions about my appointment. She kept interrupting me saying “uh-huh” while I was speaking. I had to ask her to stop and please listen to me. Dr. Martinelli is amazing. She was kind, patient, flexible, and extremely empathetic with me in a very difficult moment. She did an amazing job on my procedure and continued to be helpful and positive afterwards. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
