As a young couple and first time home buyers, my current wife and I were very hesitant to take the plunge into home ownership. Anne was patient and respectful with regards to our situation and helped us find the the perfect home - at the right time, in a perfect location and at the right price. She was very knowledgeable and always responded to our inquiries in a timely manner, she absolutely took the stress out of first time home buying!

I highly recommend Anne. My husband and I were first time home buyers and did not know much about the process. Anne kept us up to date on all listings that met our criteria. She got us into every house we wanted to see and worked around our crazy schedules. Anne also helped us with the mortgage process and to find an inspector for the house. Anne was extremely helpful and supportive through the entire process right up to the signing of the house.

Anne helped me sell my mothers' house. She was very helpful and accommodating, worked to promote the condo via open house and advertising which lead to multiple showing of the condo which is not always the easiest to sell. She was there at every step of the way to make suggestions and help guide us past every obstacle. The result was that the condo sold quite quickly and for a good price, and I could not recommend Anne highly enough. She's a true professional and a pleasure to work with.

I worked with Ann Geis on finding rental properties for my place of business. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. The process went very smoothly and i would definitely work with Ann Geis again in the future with any professional or personal real estate needs.

It was a long process and many house, until we found the right one! Anne was with us every step of the way and was there for anything we needed. If we were to ever move again I would def. use Anne and her team!

It took us two years to find the right house. Anne stayed with us throughout the whole process. She showed us any house we wanted to see and found many more for us to check out. She was always professional and optimistic. Once we found the right property, she recommended a contractor to do the renovations we wanted. We were very happy with the contractor and with Anne's service.
