Anne is a delightful person to work with. She was ALWAYS available to answer any questions or concerns that we may have had during the process of selling our home. Anne is a true professional in her field of real estate, she was always on top of the process and made the whole experience seamless. Anne is very knowledgeable of her local market and was great at pricing my property to maximize getting top dollar. Anne is extremely knowledgeable and diligent. She is detail oriented and highly organized. As importantly, Anne is kind and very thoughtful. She did an amazing job as my agent in the sale of my parents’ home. Anne was the best decision we made in the home buying process besides purchasing our home which we absolutely love. We met Anne at an open house and liked how she handled showing us the open house so much that we asked her to be our realtor. She never pushed anything on us and always pointed out issues (smelled for mold, looked for water stains in the basement, holes in the walls, etc) so that we would be making the best possible decision. Anne is a fantastic realtor! As first time home buyers we had allot of questions and were unfamiliar with the process. Anne was patient with us, educated us and advocated for us throughout the entire process. She was readily available and flexible to show us all houses we were interested in(which was allot). Anne really is a wonderful woman, she was always pleasant and personable and I can say we made a friend in the process.

We were first time home buyers and could not have asked for a better realtor. Anne was so honest and pointed out things like sloping floors, or water damage that we may not have noticed. She helped us every step of the way and was quick to respond. We viewed our home for the first time on a Tuesday, knew we wanted it, and by Friday it was ours. Our first time buying a home was a great experience.

Anne was great with my wife and me. She helped us hone in on what was actually important to us versus what we thought. She also pointed out some features while we were in homes (including negative) that allowed us to make more informed decisions. At no point did she make us feel pressured or as though we had inconvenienced her in any way. She was also a calming influence during a rather stressful negotiation process. Our friends had referred Anne to us and we were very glad they did!
