Dr Annapoorani is very warm & welcoming, she listens to all our concerns & addresses them appropriately without panicking us. Glad to have found the right pediatrician for our daughter.
I have been bring my autistic child to Dr. Annapoorani Thenappan for 2 years now. I really love her, I feel like she listens to all my concerns and validates them.
My son just started going to this doctor , DOCTOR is great how ever front staff is rule every time I call Cynthia & Sylvar to be exact! Call to see if my son paper was ready for pick up she giggled once I told her she was rule an said it wasn’t her fault the paper wasn’t READY I never stated that just stated your ruled. Get more front staff if you don’t wanna do your job or be lazy . Or maybe because we’re black they have attitudes GOD BLESS .
I’m a mother of 5 kids she been my kids Dr since day one in 2004 ever since they were new borns all my kids had her she’s been more then just a dr she’s family she never gives up on them she a lovely Person and caring for her children we love you dr thennappan thank you for all that you do you are really a one of kind Beat #1 Dr 🥰
Dr. thenappan has been both my children's pediatrician since birth. She is very attentive and patient. we've loved coming to appointments with her and always all for her opinion. my only issue is that the receptionists here are rude, don't explain anything or often just say "I don't know." its frustrating to have to deal with support staff that lacks any form of customer service. wish she would have friendlier staff who knew what they were doing.
