Terrible customer service. Those rude idiots talk shit about customers all the time. And they barely speak any English. Also, their food is so overrated.
I’m so disappointed. I’ve been a fan and frequent visitor. I went to the Anna’s in the Prudential Center, arrived at 10 p.m. when the hours were clearly stated on the website that it closes at 11 p.m. and they had already locked their doors. There were two people still in the restaurant with the lights on, but they would not serve us. Very unlikely I will visit again, especially this location.
Review of Prudential Center location: Little bowl with Little food, I spent $8-9 dollars on the amount of food that is less than a hamburger. Some staff simply hate work, people and the world by chopping little veggies into pieces and giving little food with altitude. If you want Mexican, go to another Mexican cuisine/diner nearby, it is a place where definitly will disappoint you with the staff's attitude, only average food quality and little quantity.
Probably the main reason I miss Boston!
