Anna’s used to be one of our favorites. After pandemic hit and Beacon St location in Brookline closed down, we started ordering from Harvard St. location. Our favorite quesadilla’s now taste very bland, packed with rice and not much else. Today I ordered grilled chicken quesadilla and the was NO chicken there, not even one piece. Very disappointing!
Never order from their website with delivery! I received an email that the order is not confirmed, I've called to confirm the order, but then in hour no one rang the door. Called again only for them to tell me there is no driver and I have to call DoorDash. Spent half an hour on phone with DoorDash who could not find my order and said the restaurant has to call them. Called again the restaurant and they do not want to call DoorDash. Wasted one hour and money on no food, while I need to work and have no food for my family.
I’ve always LOVED Anna’s Taqueria. The Prudential Center and the Harvard Street are the best. However, I recently visited the location near MGH and had a terrible experience. The food tasted different super bland and the guac barely tasted like avocado. In addition, the manager was so rude. She has a terrible attitude towards customers. Never visiting that location again.

Great staff and sense of urgency at lunch!
I love this place wish you would come to Quincy.
Anna’s is always amazing. The best authentic Mexican food I have ever had anywhere. I had them cater a party for me once and everyone raved about the food all night. I go to the newton location often. They have recently started charging extra for a lot of stuff which is fine, everyone does now. My only complaint is that they skimp on a lot of stuff recently as well. I love their salsa and used to ask for extra but would just get regular. Now I have them put it on first then ask for more but still end up with a tiny serving. ... read more
Great burritos, tacos, and everything else. Sometimes, you get the B-team, but that’s life. It’s a stinkn’ burrito joint, not the Four Seasons for Chrissakes. People who don’t like Anna’s should just pack it in, and go to Taco Bell.
Dirty seats and tables. Rude staff, when we mentioned our quesadillas where a bit burnt, and very little rice and beans they got upset. Sorry, we are PAYING customers right?
