I called this facility to make an appointment and the staff said call tomorrow after 10am and just hung up the phone. Well this is a clear unobstructed sign that I shouldn't do business at this facility. I could just imagine how I would be treated in person. NO THANKS!!
Dr Marie is so nice and kind person, she treated my father as one of her family members. She is really caring about him . The only problem that her office is soooo busy and you have to wait more than two hours but I don’t care because she is really good doctor . I really recommend her.
Dr Bentsianov is quite personable and well educated. My problem is with her staff. I have never waited LESS than 95 minutes.3 appointments more than 2 1/2 hours Office confirmed by phone 3 times in a span of 25 minutes.. Explaining to the nurse I was not going to have the blood test there was a challenge. My last visit there I was assured they had my blood test results there. Blood test results were NOT mine. The waiting room seating is poorly designed and poorly ventilated
No I would not recommend her. Was referred to this doctor and on the first visit after waiting over two hours without even meeting her yet she ordered her technician to take a barage of tests. She didn't even know why I was there or what was my ailment and she was ordering tests. Padding the Bill? I walked out. A doctor like this is very uncaring about the patient and very caring about the money. And also the technician should learn to understand english better. When asked where my last blood 4
Dr. Marie Bentsianov is a fabulous doctor and person. She's been taking care of my elderly mother for decades. Her office is very busy and it's not always easy to get hold of the doctor but in an emergency, they all come through. And the doctor will go to all length to make sure that important information is transmitted. When Dr. Bentsianov could not email me a pdf file of the most recent lab results, she made scans and emailed me crucial information after 10 pm from her home!
I gave a 3 stars just because I liked Dr. Marie in person during the visit. But for her clinic I would give 0 star! The Dr took blood test and promised results in 2 days. I have a real health problem and I needed my results ASAP. It's already 9 days left and I still did not get my results!! Awful service!!!! Every time then I am calling to the Dr office everyone is busy and few times they just put me on hold for 5 and more minutes, asked me to call back and it always Dr not in the office!
