You people need to count your blessings, that you have the opportunity to be a patient of Dr. Marie Bentsianov. I have been blessed with having truly wonderful doctors in my years and Marie, I would rate as a very close 3rd, only surpassed by Dr. Bernard Yonk, my PCP (at that time) whom referred me to Dr. Bentsianov, and my current PCP Dr. Jaimy Bensimon. The receptiinist basically told me to leave if I want to know how long the wait is. Very rude and disrespectful. Patients were waiting for over an hour. Do not waist your time
I am sure that Dr. Bentsianov provides decent care for her patients, a lot of whom are retired emigrees from the FSU on Medicaid, with limited knowledge of English. However, the rudeness of her staff is unmatched in my experience. Whether because they think that they have a captive audience, or because they feel extraordinary security in their job positions, they hang up on callers, they patronize them, they play hardball with rescheduling appointments, and they ignore simple requests just because they can. Dr. Marie Bentsianov is an amazing, caring, thorough, and knowledgeable doctor. She genuinely cares about all her patients and she always addresses my concerns. Dr. Maria is also friendly and I feel very comfortable around her.
Dr. Marie Bentsianov is an extremely warm and professional doctor, who puts you at ease from the very first time you meet her. She treats the whole person and not just the illness you are visiting her about. Although she is a highly regarded doctor, she has never made me feel rushed when I am in her office. I would recommend Dr. Bentsianov to anyone I care about.

My favorite doctor
I have been a longtime patient of Dr. Marie and I must say that no other doctor has cared this much about me. I have often gone to other doctors where whatever I say goes in one ear and out the other. Dr. Marie remembers our conversations from many months ago and always asks about my family. I feel like she truly cares about me, not just about my medical conditions. Her waiting room can get quite packed at times, but that's how you know she's a great doctor - everyone wants a piece of her time!
