I'm a current resident here. I've been displaced now since 02/10/2023 due to water damage. It's now 07/09/2023 and no work has started. We're shuttled back and forth between two hotels and no "real" word or explanations as to the delay are forthcoming; we keep getting a run around. I've tried hard to be patient, but feel extremely frustrated.
Last time I checked, this was a Non-smoking Facility. Hmm, why is it then that I can magically smell cigarette smoke wafting from the 1st floor bathroom into my apartment at all hours (especially more towards the end of the day)? I personally do not smoke, and totally don't care who does, BUT if I gotta follow the "rules" then so does everyone else. Smoking + folks with health issues/oxygen tanks/whatever = problems. Not cool. Safety hazards here that I'm sure certain people would not enjoy. Have a swell day.
