Incredibly stuck up for a mall jewelry shop. Wanted to get myself a watch in honour of my grandfather. Sold me a display watch, I paid full price. I realized after getting home and taking it out of the box it had a scratch. I was away on business for a week. Didn’t wear the watch. Came back a week later to return it and they insisted I had worn it and caused the scratch. Treated me like I had bought to wear once and return - incredibly insulting. Horrible customer service and big attitudes from the older staff.

One of my worst jeweller experiences. I was told it would be 10-14 days to get my engagement ring resized, and it ended up being 19 days. I also noticed that when I came in to check if it was ready on the original date I was given, I was treated very differently based on how I was dressed. I came back dressed up, hair done, full face of makeup, and was treated very kindly! I had an excellent experience purchasing my wedding band here. We initially walked by this shop while shopping in Hillside and decided to have a browse. Linda was extremely helpful and let my fiancé and I try on a variety of bands and explained the different types in detail as this was our first time looking at wedding bands. I ended up finding a very beautiful ring but wanted to think it over, Linda kindly wrote down all the information about the ring down for us as a reference.
