One of my worst jeweller experiences. I was told it would be 10-14 days to get my engagement ring resized, and it ended up being 19 days. I also noticed that when I came in to check if it was ready on the original date I was given, I was treated very differently based on how I was dressed. I came back dressed up, hair done, full face of makeup, and was treated very kindly! I had an excellent experience purchasing my wedding band here. We initially walked by this shop while shopping in Hillside and decided to have a browse. Linda was extremely helpful and let my fiancé and I try on a variety of bands and explained the different types in detail as this was our first time looking at wedding bands. I ended up finding a very beautiful ring but wanted to think it over, Linda kindly wrote down all the information about the ring down for us as a reference. Extremely poor customer experience from one of the saleswoman. Such a horrible experience!
Terrible condescending sales woman… DONT SHOP HERE!!!!!! Dropped $2k and all they cared about was the sale… truly disappointing service. I returned the product a few days after purchase on principal alone
