Pleasant and fast service. Very professional. I am very pleased with the results of my visit.
Generally I am very happy with the service at this location, but yesterday went for a blood draw and was not acknowledged by anyone despite standing in line as requested by a sign in the lobby. Eventually I gave up and sat down, and waited several minutes before I was invited back to the desk. The young woman said, "thank you for your patience," but I was not feeling patient, I was feeling annoyed. Is it that difficult to say "I'll be with you in a moment"?
They went out of their way for my son yesterday. I just want to say thank you for all you do.
