Very poor service, and they called me and asked why I left a poor review when i originally did, they were hostile and showed more effort in me removing my poor google review than anything they ever did to improve their own apartment. Expect an elevator that hardly works, poor air conditioning, ugly wall and hardly an windows. Truly regret ever living with these people.
I originally had only one star for this apartment complex due to some of the problems I had with it, such as a lack of ice removal, smoke in hallways, and more, but after speaking with a Mullins representative I’m able to find out just how little Mullins as a rental company can do for some of these issues. A lot of the problems from this apartment building comes from the other tenants that choose to live inside and city regulations. This building, is such a convenient location to live at. They have always been super kind and helpful when we reach out for maintenance, and questions or concerns.
I lived here for 2 years and wouldn’t recommend. It seems relatively affordable, but it’s not worth the price, especially now that the rent has gone up. The apartments are okay. The upside is that there’s a lot of storage space. I had technical issues with their payment website, where the money would be taken from my bank account, but then management would say they never received my rent payment.
