Ann Adams is truely a professional and an expert at what she does. She always stays on top of what the market is doing and how to best help her clients buy or sell a property. She always has her client's best interest in mind and even attends all of her client's signings, which is not very common. I highly recommend Ann!

Ann and her team have always been great to work with. We originally met her when we purchased a home and she was representing the seller. We did not have an agent and she represented both sides fairly. When we had to sell that same home 4 years later, we immediately sought her out. She worked tirelessly for 8 months to sell our "niche" home in South Tempe. It was luck that brought us to Ann and I have to say it was certainly "good" luck. Ann has been able to make a stressful experience: selling a house in PA , buying one in Scottsdale on the same day, moving children mid year from school and having to drive during Christmas a very joyful experience in the end. ANN KNOWS THE MARKET AND WON'T STOP WORKING UNTIL SHE IS SURE SHE HAS FOUND THE BEST HOUSE FOR HER CLIENT. I HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS AND ANN WAS ALWAYS WILLING TO GO OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP ME WITHOUT MAKING ME FEEL LIKE I WAS A NUISANCE. Ann is a wonderful agent. We met her at an open house when we were just getting an idea of what was out there and what the prices were. Unfortunatley we didn't like the house, but we wound up having her find us a home and sell the home we were in. She did an awesome job finding out exactly what we were looking for and previewing the homes so that we weren't wasting our time looking at homes that didn't meet our needs. Ann was great!! She was always willing to saw me any house I wanted to. She knew so much about the areas I was looking at and about the houses and the builders. She also was willing to do whatever was needed to make the house buying experience as smooth as possible. I would recommend her to anyone.
